Salman Khan in Eega sequel?

Writer Vijayendra Prasad hints at Sallu's involvement in the sequel.

If what we hear is true it’s big news indeed. Salman Khan might be soon making his debut in south, in Tamil and Telugu, with the sequel of the blockbuster Eega. Writer Vijayendra Prasad, father of director S.S. Rajamouli, revealed this recently. The writer disclosed this while interacting with students of a film school in Chennai.

After its release down South, Eega was later dubbed and released as Makkhi in Hindi. “I am working on the sequel and Salman has evinced interest to be part of it,” said Prasad, who had also written the story of Salman’s biggest hit Bajrangi Bhaijaan.

Eega starred Nani and Samantha with Kannada superstar Sudeep being the main antagonist. Sources say that Salman might be interested in reprising Sudeep’s role and Prasad will be tweaking the character a little bit.
