These days, it seems Bipasha Basu is backing out of her commitments instead of keeping them. A few weeks ago, she ditched organisers in Jaipur for not having adequate security. Of course, the actress seemed justified because she had experienced a rather ugly scene when a fan had tried to touch her in Jaipur a few years ago.
This time, organisers of the Pakistan-London fashion week are crying foul over Bipasha’s unprofessional behaviour. If they are to be believed, then Bipasha made a major scene and refused to walk the ramp just a few hours before the show. They say they have incurred a loss because of her unprofessionalism and lashed out at her saying, “Bipasha has used this as honeymoon money but we will fight for justice.”
Bipasha responded by calling the organiser a con woman, who was lying about her (Bipasha’s) work ethics. Meanwhile, hubby Karan Singh Grover defended Bipasha by posting a message on Instagram — “You cannot move us with your might, you cannot hurt us with your words, you cannot affect us with your lies.”
To be fair to the actress, this happens often to actors and stars who reach an event, only to realise that their promised payments have not been made. They usually take the entire amount before making the final appearance.
