Mumbai: Abhishek Bachchan has not seen much of a career high with pretty much every solo outing of his in recent years bombing and his last release, 2016's 'Housefull 3' being his only success in recent years.
The multi-starring franchise, all set to bankroll its next instalment, slated for a Diwali 2019 release, also touted to be the costliest comedy film the country has seen till date.
With Sajid Khan's comeback as director and most actors who've been a part of the franchise expected to make a return, the buzz surrounding the film has been strong.
However, news has come out that Abhishek Bachchan has been dropped from the film's cast, which is expected to see such big names as Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, John Abraham and Arjun Rampal.
Reportedly, Abhishek is mighty disappointed with the development and has been sending feelers to producer Sajid Nadiadwala to include him in the juggernaut.
'Housefull 4,' reportedly set in two eras, will se all the cast ina Baahubali like setting as well as the contemporary world.
Currently, Abhishek has films with Prabhudeva and Priyadarshan in the pipeline....
