This 12-year-old understands Priyanka Chopra better than we do, here is how!
Mumbai: Priyanka Chopra is clearly the hero for a 12-year-old girl living in Detroit. Fans across the globe always find different ways to express their unconditional love for the international star but it gets better when an innocent kid takes you through the glorious life of your favourite star.
Star-struck fan Priya Shah, a student at Orchard Lake Middle School in Detroit, chose Chopra as her subject of speech in class and beautifully takes you through the ‘Quantico’ star’s journey from a small town girl to becoming a global icon.
Priya starts from where Chopra was born to how she went on to become Miss World in 2000. She uses thought provoking, inspiring quotes from her movies to reflect on the ‘Bajirao Mastani’ star’s career decisions and how Priyanka deals with rejections in life.
In the presentation, Priya, while talking about controversies and criticisms hovering around Chopra, says that the mistakes that PeeCee made in her life were because she is just as human as us. Unlike naysayers, she did not focus on the negatives or analyze the actions of the star. All she did was tell her tale the way it is.
When asked about her favourite Priyanka Chopra movie, the much-inspired fan said, “ ‘MaryKom’ because she had to undergo 4 months of training which I think is inspiring.”
Priyanka, who will soon be seen in ‘Baywatch’ alongside Zac Efron and Dwayne Johnson, has thanked the girl for making her the subject of her speech on Twitter.
