After Sara Ali Khan’s commitments prevented her from taking on Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 with rumoured beau Kartik Aaryan, horror-comedy expert Shraddha Kapoor, known for her epoch-making Stree, was asked to be a part of the film. And while her dates did not line up with Kartik’s, the actress may still work out her dates after multiple negotiations.
“Shraddha is very keen to do the film, as she wants to be in another horror-comedy even though Stree 2 is in the offing. She is also fond of director Anees Bazmee’s work and is busy confirming and reconfirming shoot and promotion dates. Earlier there was more shooting and less promotion, but the current market works in the opposite direction, making it difficult for an adjustment,” says a source.
