Mumbai: The characters of Motu and Patlu from the popular television animation series ‘Motu Patlu’ are all set to venture into films. ‘Motu Patlu: King of Kings’, their debut on the big screen, releases on 14 October and the trailer of the film was launched by ‘M. S. Dhoni: The Untold Story’ star Sushant Singh Rajput, who was seen having fun with Motu and Patlu at the event.

Motu and Patlu experience some hilarious adventures with the king of the jungle, Lion, and other animals in the 3D film. The film also has some Bollywood connection as ‘Manjhi: The Mountain Man’ director Ketan Mehta and wife Deepa Sahi are the producers, while music is composed by Vishal Bhardwaj and lyrics are penned by Gulzar.
