Lisa Haydon shares picture of breastfeeding son, credits it for her weight loss

Mumbai: Actor Lisa Haydon has shared a picture of herself feeding her son, Zack, saying it has helped her shed the pregnancy weight.

Lisa's son, Zack Lalvani, who she shares with husband Dino Lalvani, was born on May 17, 2017.

"I've gotten loads of posts asking about life after having my son... esp to do with weight and fitness. Seeing as it's World Breastfeeding Week- time to give some credit where credit is due. Breastfeeding has played such a big part in getting back into shape after giving birth to my baby," she posted alongside the photograph.

Lisa, 31, said breastfeeding has been challenging as well as time consuming but it's a beautiful way to bond and connect with the baby.
