While many Bollywood celebrities are trying to keep busy with work during the ongoing lockdown period, Kareena Kapoor Khan is not in the mood to read scripts or listen to new ideas.
Kareena, who was shooting for Laal Singh Chaddha before the lockdown and is slated to be in Karan Johar’s Takht next, wants to use her lockdown to spend time with her family. Her plan of collaborating with Karan Johar for Poo’s Diaries is also on hold.
“She has clearly said no to hearing new scripts. Perhaps, she is hearing some ideas from close friends, but she has not green lit any new project for the time being. Laal Singh Chaddha will take a substantial amount of time from her and then Takht will also make her very busy. She did have a decent enough response from her film Angrezi Medium, which came quickly on to the digital platform following the lockdown and her fans wanted to see more of her. However, she is certainly not in work mode at the moment,” says an industry source
