Shahid Kapoor's wife, Mira breaks traffic rules; gets fined by cops

Mumbai: Mira Rajput, who is often accompanied by hubby Shahid Kapoor for her outings, was recently spotted outside an eatery sans Shahid.

As per several reports, the lady, after enjoying her delicious meal, headed towards her car and seconds before she could zoom off, the traffic cops knocked on the car’s windowpane to inform her that the car was parked in a no-parking zone, and she would have to pay a fine for it.

As per the traffic guidelines, she had to pay a fine of Rs 2000 for it.

According to a cop, Mira did not create any hassles for it and settled the matter obediently.

Talking about the incident, a police official on the condition of anonymity said, “Usually in matters like these stars/star wives argue to let go off the fine, but Mira was very polite and didn’t hesitate to pay. The car driver has also been fined for jumping the signal in the past.” (sic)

Well, for stars or for that matter star wives, Rs 2000 is not a big deal to pay, especially when they are at fault.

Why would they argue? They would rather be concerned about not being spotted by the media around.
