“The journey of these unsung heroes of the INA is a deeply moving story that needs to be told. This project has been a labour of love for me. From custom creating hundreds of bicycles from the 1940s, to recreating the erstwhile Singapore of that era, and finding just the right cast to give life and do justice to these characters, our only endeavour has been to truly represent the journey of these fiercely brave men and women, to whom we owe our freedom, in an authentic way", he further shares on the journey with his project.
