Even as Shilpa Shetty readies to return to Bollywood, the actress is all set to open another restaurant in Mumbai at the soonest.
Shilpa already has business interests in other restaurants. She has been a part of the Royalty Club and has also invested a significant amount in the popular nightspot Bastian.
“She is working on her restaurant which will be an extension of what she is doing on her app. The food in her restaurant will avoid a lot of ingredients that are potentially unhealthy,”says a source.
“It is a health-oriented restaurant,” is all she offers about her pet project. “Fitness is a way of life. It should not be a choice. We have erratic schedules and if you are passionate, you will make time for it. When people look at me, they say, ‘Shilpa Shetty doesn’t eat that’s why she is the way she is.’ But it is not true. I love eating on Sundays and I have started posting what I eat,” says the actress. “I have given up a lot of whites. No white sugar, white flour or white rice,” the actress recommends.
