Sonam Kapoor, who has started shooting for The Zoya Factor, is reportedly on the lookout for some exciting new projects. According to sources, the actress has been approached by filmmaker Nikhil Advani with a role in his next film.
“The film will be a thriller, and Sonam has been approached to play a cop in it. It’s an adaptation of a book, and Sonam is considering taking it up,” a source says.
In a recent interview, Sonam vouched for the fact that the best content comes from books, saying, “Some of the best films in Bollywood and Hollywood have been based on books. I truly believe some of the best content comes from books, and authors are the real heroes of our times.”
So we won’t be surprised if she gives this project her nod. Nikkhil Advani is best known for films Kal Ho Naa Ho, Salaam-e-Ishq, and D-Day.
