Cannes 2017: Schedule and style files of Deepika, Aishwarya and Sonam decoded!
Mumbai: Although no Indian films will be screened at the prestigious 70th annual Cannes Film Festival, fans of three of the most beautiful Bollywood actresses’- Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Sonam Kapoor and Deepika Padukone- will have something to look forward to.
Yes, after Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Sonam Kapoor becoming a regular at Cannes, it is now our Hollywood-return Deepika Padukone’s turn to debut at the internationally acclaimed film festival. DP, who will be representing a cosmetic brand, is beyond excited and leaving no stone unturned to get it right.
Talking to a website, Deepika said, “We have started planning. There is too much focus on clothes. It should be fun. As a woman, we enjoy being ready and all of that. Clothes are exciting but there is more to it. It is something that my team is working on.”
The ‘Bajirao Mastani’ star will be walking the red carpet on May 17 and 18.
Aishwarya, who is rightly called the Queen of Cannes, will be seen at the venue on May 19 and 20. Although her costume and overall preparation details are not out yet but, after making headlines with her famous purple lipstick last year, one could always expect the trendsetter to drop another fashion bomb.
All set to walk the red carpet on May 21 and 22, Bollywood’s very own fashionista Sonam Kapoor has not revealed her plans yet but we are guessing she will opt for international fashion labels over desi designers. Whatever it is Sonam, we are certain you will make a bold statement with your attires!
