Sanjay Dutt is happy with Ranbir starrer Dutt biopic releasing in June; here's why

Mumbai: Ranbir Kapoor has made each one of us proud by blending into Sanjay Dutt’s look for the Dutt biopic. The actor is mighty impressing everyone around, and honestly, Ranbir himself desperately needs the biopic to work. This biopic is finally going to release in June and it has made Sanjay Dutt happy.

Sanjay Dutt, who is known to be super close to his parents Nargis and Sunil Dutt, finds the occasion for releasing the movie in June special because it also marks their birthdays.

A source close to the actor tells Hindustan Times, “The news that the biopic will release in June has made the month even more special for the actor. Not many realise it, but June has a long standing and very special connection for Dutt — the month marks the birth dates of his late parents: Nargis’ birthday falls on June 1 and Sunil Dutt’s birthday is on June 6.”

The source added, “The month of June is very close to Dutt. He always shared a very warm and loving relationship with his parents and was close to them. Even now, he fondly remembers and talks about his parents.”

Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, Dutt biopic stars Manisha Koirala as Nargis Dutt, Paresh Rawal as Sunil Dutt, Dia Mirza as Maanyata Dutt, Anushka Sharma, Sonam Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Tabu, Jim Sarbh and Karishma Tanna amongst others.
