We were the first to tell you that Ranveer Singh was set to get married to namma hudugi Deepika Padukone on November 20. But now, according to the buzz on the sets of the Rohit Shetty’s film Simmba, the wedding has been preponed by a day. So the final date for the wedding of the year is fixed for Monday, November 19 in Italy. There were rumours that that the wedding could be pushed to next year.
But reports filtering in from the Simmba sets suggest otherwise. “Everyone teases Ranveer about November 19 and how he will change after that date. Ranveer is also taking it in the right spirit. Obviously, the team of Simmba is a fun loving one and Ranveer is fine being teased about it,” says our source.
Interestingly, a grand puja has also been planned by Deepika’s mother Ujjala at the Nandi temple in Bengaluru a few days before the wedding and a few pandits will be performing the puja in front of the couple.
Meanwhile, Deepveer seem to be very secretive about it to the media, avoiding any comment on the marriage issue. Though Ranveer is very frank in most of his interviews, Deepika prefers a dignified silence. We await an official confirmation though.
