Tiger Shroff might not have struck the right chord with Sanjay Leela Bhansali in a recent meeting, even though his father Jackie, who worked with the director in Devdas, shares a cordial relationship with him.
The actor, who delivered a blockbuster with Baaghi 2, is now speaking to his team to make sure that the shooting of Baaghi 3 begins right after he completes filming his next movie with Hrithik Roshan. The untitled film with Hrithik is set to release in 2019 and is being directed by Siddharth Anand for Yash Raj films.
“Ahmed Khan is expected to direct the third part of Baaghi which is now bankrolled by Fox Star Films and Sajid Nadiadwala. The search, however, is on to find a heroine for Tiger. Shraddha Kapoor and Disha Patani played his heroines in the first two parts and it is imperative that the third part should have a new heroine,” says an inside source.
Meanwhile, according to the directives given by Sajid Nadiadwala to Ahmed Khan, the producer wants the action to be way better than the one in Baaghi 2, which grossed Rs 150 crores at the box office. The choreographer-turned-director Ahmed is trying his best to amp up the third installment of the Baaghi series to make it the biggest film of the franchise.
