After Raazi hits the bull's eye, Alia Bhatt is all set to show more women power

After working with quite a few female directors, the actress seems to want to work with more.

Since the release of Raazi, Alia Bhatt is the new hero to hit the box office with a 100 crore mark. After a successful teaming with Meghna Gulzar and having signed her next, Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari’s comedy film, again with a women director Alia seems to want to work more with women directors.

Taking her move forward, the student of the year met her Dear Zindagi director Gauri Shinde. And Alia has also completed another female director’s, Zoya Akhtar’s film, Gully Boy.

Not just female, she is also working with male directors and has Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra and Abhishek Varman’s Kalank lined up.

“Alia had a long meeting with Gauri about a few projects that the director was doing and expressed a desire to work with Gauri in one of them. Alia is busy with Kalank and then has to wrap Brahmastra before getting on board Ashwiny’s film. Alia is also committed to doing Sadak 2 which is being shepherded by her sister Pooja Bhatt,” says a source.
