The 'Mardaani' star is all set to make her comeback with Yash Raj Film's Hichki.

Mumbai: Rani Mukerji and Aditya Chopra are blessed with a daughter Adira Chopra. Rani, who was last seen in Pradeep Sarkar’s ‘Mardaani’, gave birth to her daughter in December 2015 and were enjoying martial bliss since then. The actress is now all set to make her comeback with Yash Raj Film’s Hichki.

In the latest interview with a noted journalist, the ‘Aiyyaa’ actor spoke about her bold career choices. She said, “I’ve always been fearless.”

Rani is absent on social media platforms and she has always said that it is because her husband is a very private person. Regarding the same, Rani said, “I can’t imagine posting a picture of my family on social media.”

Rani recently spoke about the lukewarm response that her husband’s directorial venture, Befikre got. Befikre was Aditya Chopra's comeback to direction after 2008 SRK starrer 'Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi'. She said that she loved the film. “I loved Befikre, but it was hard for Aditya Chopra to see failure,” said Rani. Rani also spoke about how Aditya Chopra dealt with failure for the first time in his life.

Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor starrer 'Befikre' was Aditya Chopra’s first directorial venture without Shah Rukh Khan. The film was not very well received by the critics as well as audiences and ultimately failed to create any magic at the Box Office.

Rani's upcoming film is being helmed by Kareena Kapoor Khan-Kajol starrer 'We are Family' director Siddharth P Malhotra. The film is slated to release in Februrary 2018.
