Amidst the speculations of Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone’s marriage, sad news has struck the Singh family. Ranveer’s grandmother passed away on Monday, following which the actor canceled all his events for the day.
Ranveer was very close to his grandmother and she was not keeping well for quite some time. Earlier this year reports stated that Deepika had visited Ranveer’s house to visit his grandmother.
Ranveer’s last release was Padmaavat which saw a stupendous success at the box office. His next venture is Rohit Shetty — Karan Johar’s Simbaa and Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy that is in the post-production stage. May her soul rest in peace.
