Aamir Khan's weight loss secret revealed!
Aamir Khan stunned fans and the media with his drastic 13kg weight loss on his 51st birthday. The star, who had been in America for just three weeks, returned sporting a leaner and toned physique. When bewildered journalists asked him how it was possible, he gave all credit to his eat, sleep and 6-hour workout regime.
Aamir, who weighed over 95 kilos when he left, returned home weighing 82 kilos. He also mentioned that he had to loose another 12 kilos and work on getting his ripped ‘Ghajini’ body back.

However, his secret is out of the bag! Turns out, Aamir, took the road less travelled and enrolled for a workout programme in Arizona, USA. Going by the pictures doing the rounds online, the actor adopted a strict workout regime that had him going on 8-mile walks in the morning, to weight training in the afternoon and a swim in the evening.
Apart from the time table, Aamir also headed out on long treks and off-road cycling.
Aamir is currently on a break from shooting for ‘Dangal’. The actor is trying hard to get into shape and lose all the extra pounds he gained for the film. Aamir will be seen in two very different avatars, both of which he attained naturally.
Dangal has been slated for a December release. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the film tells the story of Mahavir Phogat who teaches wrestling to his two daughters Babita Kumari and Geeta Phogat.
