Shah Rukh Khan has been busy the past few days, dubbing for his upcoming film Fan. Since the actor plays two characters in the film — superstar Aryan Khanna and his fan Gaurav — it means dubbing for two different people in two different voices.

As one can gauge from the trailer, Aryan Khanna’s voice is very similar to SRK’s voice in real life, but Gaurav’s is different with a distinct accent. The opening line in the trailer, “Connection bhi kamaal ki cheez hai,” gives one a sense of how modulated SRK’s voice is for this character.

Says a source from the team, “SRK has been juggling between voice modulations for the dubbing of Fan. He even gave a live demo of it during the trailer launch. Director Maneesh Sharma is very happy with the results. He is now giving final touches to the film on the edit table.”
