Rumours and speculation about Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif’s split seem to be piling up a dime a dozen. The latest buzz doing the rounds is that Katrina’s mother Suzanne called Neetu Kapoor to help the lovers resolve their differences.
However,contrary to what is being said, no such call was made. A close source said, “Why would a family member intervene in a couple’s private matters? It’s okay if a friend tried to do something similar.
These talks are baseless. Katrina’s mum has not made any call to Neetu Kapoor and Katrina too would prefer it that way.”
Meanwhile, rumour mills are spinning a different yarn altogether. Reports about that phone call spread like wild fire.
It was also said that Katrina’s mother Suzanne’s efforts went down the drain because Neetu’s alleged reply to her was that the relationship (currently) stands exactly the way her “son wanted it” and that there is very little she can do about it.
The lover’s tiff is having repercussions on their film Jagga Jasoos too. The couple is now waiting to begin the film’s next schedule in Morocco, where they’ll also get time to talk things out.
Once the project is complete, they are expected to take a call on what works best for them on the relationship front.
