Tiger Shroff is flying high; and it’s not just because he’s played A Flying Jatt. If reports in a section of the press are to be believed, Tiger’s love life is rocking too.
According to these sources, Tiger, at this very moment, is holidaying in some exotic resort island with Munna Michael co-star, Disha Patani. However, Tiger laughs away the rumours of a romantic vacation. “Aisi meri kismat kahaan (if only I were that lucky). I am neither vacationing with anyone, nor do I have a girlfriend. I am in Mumbai right now rehearsing for my role in my next film Munna Michael,” he says.
In the film, Tiger plays a tapori fan of Michael Jackson’s. “I’ve always been a diehard fan. I grew up copying MJ’s moves. So, playing a fan should come easily to me,” the actor said about his role in the film.
Tiger considers MJ the God of dancing and paid tribute to his idol through a video in 2014. “In the video I expressed my debt to MJ by mixing his track Billy Jean with my own song Whistle Baja from Heropanti. This was my way of showing my love and respect for MJ’s art,” he remembers.
Munna Michael will have Tiger grooving to several MJ tracks. However, it’s not quite as easy playing an MJ fan in a film as the actor makes it sound. Tiger has had to bump and grind his way through several rigorous rehearsals, in preparation for the film.
“Where is the time for love and holidays with loved ones? Meri zindagi mein ek hi ‘Disha’ hai (There is only one goal in my life). Work, work and more work. Yes, Disha and I do meet up for coffee and we train for our stunts and dances together. But that’s it. I don’t mind the rumours linking us together. They make my life sound exciting,” reasons the actor.
