Deepika will send you back in time with lovely caption for picture with Ranbir

Mumbai: Link-ups and break-ups involving actors have been a part and parcel of Bollywood since time immemorial.

And while on one hand, there’s an ex-couple like Amitabh Bachchan and Rekha, who try their best to avoid being seen together at the same event, on the other hand, we have Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone.

The actors’ relationship was the talk of the town before they parted ways close to a decade ago, but the two have never shied away from being seen in the same film or event.

Ranbir and Deepika acted in ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’ and ‘Tamasha’ together even after their break-up and their recent appearance on the ramp together for Shabana Azmi’s Mijwan charity was another testament to the comfort level they share.

The two actors dazzled in traditional outfits designed by Manish Malhotra and their chemistry was without a doubt on fire.

And it seems Deepika has still not got over the experience of the event as she shared, after almost two weeks, a picture with Ranbir on Instagram.

What was interesting though, was the caption she wrote for the picture, sending us back in memory lane to their film ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani.’

Taking inspiration from their ‘Tamasha’ director Imtiaz Ali’s film title, ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’, her caption brought back memories of their much-loved characters Bunny and Naina.

Their pairing might not have reached the cult fan following that Amitabh Bachchan-Rekha or Shah Rukh Khan-Kajol enjoy, but looking at this camaraderie, fans would surely hope for another collaboration for the pair very soon.
