After fitting 100 sanitary pad machines, Akshay Kumar installs public toilet
Mumbai: Akshay Kumar is one actor who has not only worked on films like ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’ and ‘Padman’, but also brought about changes by installing both of these for hygiene purposes along with politician Aaditya Thackerey.
Thanking him for the same, Aaditya tweeted, “I’m very very thankful to @akshaykumar ji for being such an ever inspiring friend & a real life hero in contributing to the society. Free self defence classes for women (more than 15k girls trained till date), our mission of fitting 100 sanitary pad machines & now this!”

This installation of toilet comes months after Akshay’s Mrs. Funny Bones Twinkle Khanna said people use Juhu beach for open defecation.

Twinkle was the co-producer of Akshay Kumar's last release 'Padman', which was based on the works of Arunachalam Mangalam.
