Mumbai: It appears that Abhishek Bachchan had literally taken a break from Bollywood, as the actor did not pick any films for long, and even when he did, he walked out of it (case in point, J.P Dutta’s ‘Paltan’).
But he is back, after a long wait of 2 years. Yes, agreed that he was often seen on the small screen thanks to his active involvement in Kabaddi and football, but with his upcoming pick ‘Manmarziyan’, Abhishek took 2 whole years to get back to movies.
Taking to Twitter, Junior Bachchan himself wrote, "It’s been just over 2 yrs since I faced a film camera… A new journey, a new film begins today. Need your good wishes and blessings. #Manmarziyaan #TakeTwo"
Then what? All the good wishes started pouring in, from Preity Zinta to Karan Johar and even Rishi Kapoor. Here are a few of them:
Sincerest best wishes to an actor waiting to explode. My best to another son of mine. Love you and always an admirer! God Bless!— Rishi Kapoor (@chintskap) March 2, 2018
