Salman and I are in a relationship is the last rumour I want to hear: SRK

Mumbai: Shah Rukh Khan just turned 51 but his wit seems to get better and zanier with age. When the actor gets on a public platform with 'best friend' Salman Khan, the house is always on fire.

Though a lot is said and written about the Khan triumvirate of Shah Rukh, Salman and Aamir, who’re known to be thick friends despite of their heavily competitive careers, not much is known of them. However, SRK gave a glimpse into their private lives in a recent interview with Film Companion.

"Salman Khan, Aamir Khan and I have never spoken about superstardom that we have. Sometimes we speak as to how we can make a difference by working together, but that's just the good things I am telling you. We even talk dirty shit," said SRK.

The star, who’ll next be seen in Gauri Shinde’s ‘Dear Zindagi,’ had taken to Alibaug to bring in his big day, and also greeted the gazillion fans who customarily show up outside Mannat on the day, every year.

The actor, is also known to particularly be great chums with Salman, who often is joined by the former’s son Aryan Khan.

"The other day I was sitting with Salman or rather I just walked in with my son. When I walked towards him, suddenly Salman said 'We are so lucky! God has given us so much. You know at our age, people are preparing themselves for retirement, but we are really fortunate. Chal let's have a drink!' but I realize that when he is saying something like that, it has a strange amount of familiarity that how grateful we are.

"I can't explain to people the gratefulness that I feel, but I completely understood what Salman said. I will be very honest, if you are in field of work that we are in and if you aren't late sleepers like me or Salman, you would hardly get time to even meet each other. If we meet each other too often, people say 'May be you are having a relationship' and this one last rumour I want to hear that 'I am in a relationship with Salman' because that's the only thing left to be said or written about,” he remarked.

The actor is currently working on Imtiaz Ali’s ‘The Ring,’ co-starring Anushka Sharma, and has a cluster of exciting projects in the offing.
