Fashion is a point of view, and designer Wendell Rodricks’ views on Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s accentuated smoky eyes look at Paris Fashion Week, saying that the former Miss World was a possible Halloween candidate, has led to a storm on the social media and the fashion circuit.
Aishwarya, who is often seen at Cannes representing L’Oreal, moved a few kilometres up north to Paris for her debut at Paris Fashion Week last weekend. She walked the ramp for Italian designer Giambattista Valli. Camilla Cabello, Amber Heard, Geri Horner, Helen Mirren, Doutzen Kroes and Eva Longoria were part of the ensemble bunch of world stars that walked at the L’Oreal Paris Le Défilé show.
“Aishwarya wore a printed smock dress with a high neck and a vintage vibe, with her hair in a bouffant. But the coral lip colour that she wore didn’t really match her hazel eyes and the make up that tried to highlight it didn’t really come off,” says a fashion police member
