There’s a new story emerging from the censor board office, and this time director Ken Ghosh is in the eye of the storm, with his movie XXX. The director was said to be trying to level up adult content in Bollywood with his movie but was left shocked at the censor board’s not-so good reaction to it.
Says a close source, “The film has been delayed due to its explicit content. The makers have shown the final draft of the film for censoring purposes, and the board had asked the makers to re-edit the film and then apply for certification. The makers and the director are in talks for further possibilities.”
When contacted, Ken denied having shown the movie to the censor board yet. “We haven’t shown the film to the censors yet. We’re still doing the post production of the movie.”
Ken remained tight-lipped about the explicit content of the film. “I can’t say anything on the content as of now,” he said. The upcoming erotic drama is being produced by Ekta Kapoor and was announced back in 2014.
