Raghava Lawrence returns to Akshay Kumar-starrer Laxmmi Bomb

Raghava Lawrence is back in the director’s chair with Laxmmi Bomb. He had previously opted out of the film after the filmmakers did not inform him of the film’s poster launch on social media. The producers and Akshay refrained from commenting on the issue as they tried to salvage the situation.

However, Akshay eventually did intervene. “Yes, it was Akshay sir who was coordinating and making sure that the project was made. The film is a remake of Muni 2: Kanchana. Akshay sir will be playing the role that Sarath Kumar sir played in the original,” Lawrence had confirmed.
