Move over Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone, B-town has new girl rivals on the block. We are talking about Taapsee Pannu and Jacqueline Fernandez, who are going to be romancing Varun Dhawan in Judwaa 2.
Confused? Don’t be. They are not fighting over the man in question since he has a double role in the film. But apparently, there was trouble on the sets of the film’s schedule in London, where the two clashed over a trivial issue. The problem could have been sorted, but for the fragile egos of the leading ladies fuelled by their aides who only escalated the situation.
In a two-heroine film, the screen time prominence is always fought over. Jacqueline’s last two films Dishoom and A Flying Jatt failed miserably at the box office. Taapsee, too, could not replicate the Pink success with the forgettable Naam Shabana and Running Shaadi. In that sense, they are equals.
The next schedule of Judwaa 2 is slated to go on floors soon in Mumbai. Will these girls keep their daggers drawn or will they kiss and make up? Let’s wait and watch.
