Watch: Shahid Kapoor lives the life of a rockstar in Ud Daa Punjab

Mumbai: If Shahid Kapoor’s performance in ‘Udta Punjab’ trailer didn’t brace you for what’s yet to come, then the film’s title song will give you a better idea. In ‘Ud Daa Punjab’, Shahid aka Tommy Singh is at his best as he takes us through his rave lifestyle.

Surrounded by smoke and girls, Tommy is seen partying hard. Crooned by Vishal Dadlani and Amit Trivedi, the peppy song’s hook will surely captivate your mind.

‘Udta Punjab’ stars Shahid Kapoor essaying the character of a high-on-drugs, long-haired rockstar Tommy Singh. Kareena Kapoor Khan plays a doctor who is determined to fight the illegal transportation of drugs, while Diljit Dosanjh, who also lent his voice to the song 'Ikk Kudi', will be seen portraying a police officer.

The film is scheduled to release on June 17.
