That shows our real character and upbringing: Zayed on Sussanne supporting Hrithik

Mumbai: Hrithik Roshan found support in ex-wife Sussanne Khan after she posted a picture of them in happier times and tweeted in favour of him. Now, Sussanne's brother Zayed Khan has come out in support of Hrithik as he goes through trying times.

In an interview to Mid-day, Zayed said that his family has supported Hrithik throughout the episode and will continue to do so. He even expressed that Hrithik has handled the matter with a lot of maturity and honesty unlike the other party.

Talking about Sussanne's tweet, he said, "That shows our upbringing, the respect we have for each other. Hrithik and I meet on a regular basis and he has discussed the matter with me, but I am not going to reveal what he shared with me. We trust Hrithik in this matter and therefore, the support.”

Recently, Hrithik and Sussanne came together for their younger son Hridaan's eighth birthday. There were speculations about a reconciliation, however Sussanne put the rumours to rest by posting, "I request people to stop speculating. There will never be a reconciliation with @iHrithik. But we will always be good parents. #no1priority"
