Sara Ali Khan is quick to take every opportunity to work with the best of the filmmakers. The actress, who admittedly chased Rohit Shetty to cast her in Simmba, made her debut last year with Kedarnath and will also be seen now in Imtiaz Ali’s Love Aaj Kal redux and the David Dhawan directed Judwaa 2.
“She comes and meets filmmakers without any airs and requests to work in their films. She has made a list of filmmakers who she wants to work with, and Aanand L. Rai is on top of that list. Aanand is now trying to make a film with Salman Khan and Sara is very keen to be a part of that project as well, and that is the reason she visited the filmmaker on Friday,” says a trade source. The actress has not signed any new film as yet and has kept her calendar open for any big project that may land in her lap.
On the personal front, the actress is on a break from her relationship with her Love Aaj Kal hero Kartik Aaryan. While we wonder how she will come and promote the film with him, we do believe that professionalism will overtake the personal grudges for sure.
