Throwback: Deepika had the hots for this Hollywood sensation when she was just 12!

Mumbai: Bollywood hotness Deepika Padukone, just like any other teenager or pre-teen, had a major crush on a star from the west, who has not only immortalised the concept of eternal love but has also emerged to be one of the biggest stars Hollywood has ever produced.

On Instagram, DP posted a picture of her interview with sister Anisha Padukone back from the time when they were 12 and 7 YO respectively. Other than their cute and adorable faces, what caught our attention is the actress’s visible crush on Hollywood heavyweight Leonardo DiCaprio.

Leo’s pictures from the film ‘Titanic’ adored her room in the family’s Bangalore bungalow.

On the work front, Deepika will be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s period drama ‘Padmavati’ where she plays the role of one of the most celebrated queens of India- Pani Padmavati. Shahid, on the other hand, plays the character of her husband Raja Rawal Ratan Singh and Ranveer Singh will be seen as the tyrant Alauddin Khilji.

Just recently, the director of 'xXx: Return of Xander Cage', D. J. Caruso, has recently confirmed on Twitter that Deepika will reprise her rols as Selena Unger in the fourth installment of the franchise.

‘Padmavati’ is slated to release on November 17.
