The two actors are slated for a grand spectacle at the launch of an upcoming sports event.
However, trouble started when Varun’s team got to know about Ranveer’s fees for the event. The Padmaavat actor has charged a whopping '5 crore for his appearance and performance at the event.
“When Varun’s team got to know about the fees charged by Ranveer, they decided to get one up on him and asked for a crore more. Their argument was that Varun has more dance numbers in his career than Ranveer. And now the fact that Varun is also performing at the event clearly states that they have reached an understanding or agreed on his fees,” says a source.
