The selection process for Salman’s diction trainer in Sultan was no easier than an acting audition. The film’s team interviewed over 25 men for the job of a Haryanvi tutor before Salman finalised on one man.
Says a source from the team, “A full-time Haryanvi coach has been employed for Salman. He accompanies Salman throughout the day at media events and shooting schedules and the two work on the former’s accent and diction whenever they find the time. This is the first time Salman is putting on a strong accent for a film, so he wants to make sure that he does it right.”
That’s not the only transformation that the actor is going through though. Salman is majorly transforming his physical appearance too.
Adds the source, “At the moment he is bulking up to look hefty for the scenes showing him indulging in mixed martial arts. He is undergoing extensive five hour training sessions of cardio, weight-training and stretching.”
