Actress Pragathi Gets Candid About Age and Outfit Shaming
She used to share her fitness videos with her fans and followers, but she received a lot of criticism for her gym attire.

Actress Pragathi needs no introduction; she has worked with all A-list actors in Tollywood. She used to share her fitness videos with her fans and followers, but she received a lot of criticism for her gym attire.
She recently graced the pre-release event of 'Three Roses Season 2,' where the team honored her for a remarkable achievement. At the event, she spoke openly about the trolling she experienced.
She said, “When I started the workout, people commented, 'Is that necessary at this age? Why would you wear such clothes to the gym?' We have to wear proper gym clothes for the gym; we can't wear sarees or churidars there. I used to question myself, 'Am I doing something wrong? Why are people commenting and abusing me with these words?' I have a daughter whose friends also come across these videos. What would they think about me or my daughters? I decided to answer the trolls by achieving something big. The medals I have won might serve as an answer to the trolls, and I hope they understand and stop commenting, at least for now.”
She dedicated her medals to every woman in the film industry, inspiring them to chase their dreams irrespective of age or criticism. She further added, “I have worked with all top actors, but none of them has congratulated me, but that’s alright.”
Pragathi has reached a remarkable milestone in the world of sports. Representing India at the 2025 Asian Open and Masters Powerlifting Championship in Turkey, she brought home four medals — a gold in the deadlift and three silvers in bench press, squat, and the overall category.
