The hour long 'Fan' trailer launch came to an end on a high note, with Shah Rukh receiving a lot of love and the fans getting to be with their superstar.
Shah Rukh then walked upto the fans standing below the stage and clicked pictures, signed autographs and accepted gifts.
SRK also requested his fans not to do dangerous acts of climbing buildings just to see him. He also said, \"Writing letters in blood is a big no! No! Send an email instead or tweet.\"
Shah Rukh also took a selfie with the large crowd.
Shah Rukh also revealed that three-months into the film, when he saw the first outtake of the film, it was very bad and they thought of scrapping it. However, they stuck to the plan and finished the film.
Shah Rukh Khan revealed that before he joined the film industry, he though he looked like Bollywood actor Kumar Gaurav but at a later stage thought his looks matched that of Hollywood veteran Al Pacino's.
Shah Rukh also revealed that 'Fan' was the first movie in 25-years that he didn't do his 'signature step'.
Shah Rukh also played the game in front of the audience for the first time and said it reminded him of Candy Crush.
At the 'Fan' trailer launch, SRK also launched the 'Fan' mobile game.
When SRK turned around, he was surprised to see the stage covered with photos of him. to that he said, \"I didn't know that all these photos here around the stage are from my films.\"
SRK also revealed that his career was made at YRF, all thanks to his friends and Yashji, Adi, Pam aunty.
Shah Rukh asked his fans to maintain discipline within the studios as it would make the event more pleasant.
SRK had the chance to meet a few of his fans.
Shah Rukh went on to say, “Being part of the culture of being fans, it's not just about being a fanatic. It's not just about following someone blindly, but if you can take away good things, then you can become a bigger star than they were.â€
At the 'Fan' trailer launch, Shah Rukh Khan went on to say “You can be a fan of anyone or anything, as long as the idol you have or the person you look upto, leads you on to good paths and makes you do good things.\"
“I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for making me the star that I am,†SRK said at the Fan' trailer launch.
Shah Rukh was all smiles at the event and he admitted that only his fans had the power to bring out so much joy and happiness from him.
Shah Rukh began the event by thanking his fans for all their support through thick and thin and for making him the superstar he is today.
SRK said that Aditya was aware of how much he loved his fans and hence decided to host the trailer launch in the otherwise guarded YRF studios.
Shah Rukh revealed that Aditya Chopra picked 29 Feb as the day for the trailer launch because the day came only once in 4-years.
The trailer launch took place at the YRF studio in Mumbai, that opened their gates for the first time to a non-filmy crowd.
