Army Public School’s Gyan Prakash, Bhavyman Sharma Triumph at TCS InQuizitive 2025

The flagship quiz event for high school students is travelling to 12 cities, aiming to spark intellectual curiosity and build technology skills among India’s brightest minds

Hyderabad: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS) witnessed record participation of over 233 teams, representing 30 schools, at the Hyderabad edition of its flagship annual quiz, TCS InQuizitive. Open to students from classes 8 to 12, the event showcased the intellectual prowess of the city’s youth.

After five intense rounds of quizzing at the regional finals, Gyan Prakash and Bhavyman Sharma, representing Army Public School, emerged as winners. Abdul Rafay and Abhiram from Little Flower High School secured the runner-up position. The event also drew strong outstation participation from Kodad, Vishakhapatnam, Khammam, and Chikmagalur. The winning team will now represent Hyderabad in the National Finals, competing with champions from 11 other cities from across the country. The prizes were distributed by the Chief Guest, Mr. V Rajanna, President – Technology Software & Services, Tata Consultancy Services and Mr. Challa Nageswara Rao, Delivery Centre Head of TCS Hyderabad.

TCS InQuizitive is an innovative learning initiative that has been inspiring young minds for over two decades. Introduced with the aim to spark curiosity and expand awareness among students from Grades 8 to 12, it covers diverse fields, including information technology, science, sports, engineering and art. The 2025 edition is travelling across 12 cities — Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Indore, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Nagpur and Pune, with each city adding a unique chapter to the journey. The competition will culminate in a semi-final and grand finale, where one school will be crowned the TCS InQuizitive National Champions of 2025.

The winning team will now represent Hyderabad in the National Finals, competing with champions from 11 other cities from across the country.
