Hyderabad: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced datesheets for the Class 10 and Class 12 board exams. Class 12 exams are set to take place from February 15 to April 2 and Class 10 exams from February 15 to March 13.
To accommodate the more than 40,000 subject combinations, the board said it had crafted the datesheets to avoid any overlap.
Examination controller Sanyam Bhardwaj, in a statement, said that the schedule was prepared to ensure there are sufficient gaps between subjects and that they don't clash with competitive exams such as JEE.
Students can access the datesheets on the official website, cbse.gov.in.
In a first, CBSE has declared that it will refrain from awarding overall divisions, distinction or aggregates. The board will neither calculate nor disclose the percentage of marks achieved by candidates.
