"Even minors caught driving would be produced in court. They can be sent to juvenile correctional centres. It is up to the judges to decide," Deputy Commissioner of Police (Hyderabad Traffic) Mr A V Ranganath told this correspondent
Traffic cops also warned that many people drive vehicle without transferring it on their names. Many e-challans issued for traffic violations went to "previous-owners" of the vehicle as they did not ensure that vehicle ownership (registration) was transferred.
