KCR taking voters for a ride: Kishan Reddy
Hyderabad: Telangana BJP president G. Kishan Reddy has accused the TRS government of taking people for a ride by painting a rosy picture of the state and ‘dream projects”. “The TRS is selling a colourful dream. There is more talk and less work. The much-hyped 2BHK houses are on hoardings and are yet to take off, barring the IDH colony,” he alleged.
Participating in a Meet the Press programme organised by TUWJ, Mr Reddy asserted that a TD-BJP win in the GHMC polls would ensure faster development of Hyderabad with Central government support. “In the last 18 months, all that the TRS did was hasty laying of roads, some patchwork that has only added to woes of citizens. I have been an MLA for 12 years and I haven’t seen worse civic amenities, especially in slums,” he alleged.
Mr Reddy also alleged that CM’s family members had gone on a foundation stone laying spree in Hyderabad in view of the election without following basic norms of budgetary allocations.
