Bengaluru: Several areas in the West Bengaluru witnessed unscheduled load shedding between 7.30 am and 9 am on Wednesday. However, Bescom officials attributed it to local factors and denied that there was any load shedding in the city. According to the residents of Rajajinagar, Subramanyanagar, Gayathrinagar and parts of Malleswaram, there was no power between 7.30 am and 9 am.

When there was power outage, the students found it difficult to write examination and hence it was postponed. “New dates will be announced soon,” said an officer.
