Hyderabad: The Minorities Commission for AP and TS on Thursday issued notices to the production house of Junior NTR film Nannaku Prematho regarding a complaint that posters of the movie hurt the feelings of Muslims.
Commission chairman Abid Rasool Khan said they had received a complaint from one Khaja Tanveer against some objectionable content in the posters.
He said notices were issued to the producers of the movie and actors to show cause as to why a criminal complaint should not be lodged against them.
He said that notices were also issued to the regional officer of the Censor Board and the city police commissioner seeking their response on the complaint and the matter was posted to January 18.
