Lucknow: Within one week, another married woman has been gangraped in Muzaffarnagar district and the video clip is now being circulated on the social media.
Last week, a married woman, working as a health worker, had been gang raped and the video clip was uploaded on the social media. The rape victim, 40, committed suicide after that.
In the latest incident, the victim, 32, was gang raped by two persons and the accused had recorded the act and have been blackmailing her ever since.
The accused finally uploaded the video clip on the social networking site on Saturday.
Circle officer Joginder Lal said that a case had been registered under Section 376 and 506 of IPC against the accused Irshad and Nazir, both of whom are now absconding. The woman was sent for medical examination and later produced before a magistrate where she recorded her statement.
Security has been tightened in the Kailwada village to prevent the incident form taking a communal colour.
