Watch: CSK ousted but MS Dhoni will continue doing the lungi dance
Mumbai: MS Dhoni is synonymous with Chennai, more so after his association with Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in 2008. Although a calm and composed student on the field, off it, Dhoni has shown glimpses of an entertainer, shaking a leg in commercials, which have been received with an emphatic response from his large fan base.
The year 2008 also saw Dhoni in a beverage commercial pulling off the traditional South Indian English accent with ease.

‘Captain Cool’, who led his side to two IPL trophies, sported a lungi and nailed it in the first shot itself, sending a strong signal to his contemporaries – mind it.
Eight years since, Dhoni has now shared screen space with South Indian star Prabhu Dheva for another commercial.

With a lungi, Dhoni, whose fascination for bikes is well-known, has pulled off a couple of cool moves with a certain air to it and poses a tough competition to one of the dance sensations of the country.
On the field though, Team India’s ODI skipper will have to prove his mettle coming back after three months in a situation where critics are questioning his captaincy with the growing success of India’s Test skipper Virat Kohli.
