Northern Army Commander Briefs J&K CM on Security Situation and LoC Developments
Northern Army Commander Lieutenant General Pratik Sharma briefed Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on the prevailing security situation and recent developments along the Line of Control and border areas. The meeting, held a day earlier, was also attended by General Officer Commanding 15 Corps, Lieutenant General Prashant Srivastava. Abdullah praised the forces' efforts in protecting the nation, adding that Sharma also met with J&K Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha.
