The Regional Meteorological Centre in Nagpur has predicted thunderstorms with lightning, gusty winds (30–40 kmph), and moderate rainfall in parts of Akola, Amravati, Wardha, Nagpur, Bhandara, Gondia, Yavatmal, and Gadchiroli over the next few hours. A yellow alert has been issued for 11 Vidarbha districts, including Chandrapur, Buldhana, and Washim, for the next four days.
