Due to the impact of Cyclone Montha, heavy rains are falling in Visakhapatnam district. Roads have been flooded in many places. Heavy floodwaters are flowing on Scindia Road. As a result, vehicular movement is being disrupted. Motorists are facing severe difficulties as they are unable to move forward in the flood.
